There is a national competition “AT&T Digital Storytelling Challenge” that had more than 870 proposals submitted by teachers. Those were vetted and reduced to 30 finalists.
From those finalists, there is a public voting stage to determine the ten entries that will win full funding.

Ms. Kirkman’s project at Brody is requesting microphones, headsets and supplies for her students to record short stories about refugee travels, host countries and support her related tiny house project on global housing sustainability.

Her project was the only project selected as a finalist from Iowa.

Any and all are requested to support her project.
The top 10 projects will all receive a $5,000 grant to fully fund the proposal.
