Everyone knows about the three Rs of education: reading, writing and ‘rithmetic. At Brody Middle School, students also learn about the three Cs: college, career and community. The school held its 3rd annual C3 Fair today where students had a chance to talk with college representatives, learn about potential career opportunities, and find out how to get involved in their community. The road to the White House continues to wind its way through Des Moines, as students at Brody Middle School took part in the Iowa Secretary of State’s Youth Straw Poll in advanced of the state’s presidential caucuses.
